- Hand-wash water tank and drip tray once per month using damp cloth and mild dishwashing liquid.

Fantastic and affordable espresso machine

Great affordable espresso machine, milk frothing is good too, easy to use and clean. Makes excellent espresso. You can press the button to make it lighter or stronger brew.

We liked our old one better

This is our second Dédicace Arte. We love the espresso coffee it makes; however, the frother is not as good as the one on our previous machine. The milk doesn’t froth as well and the machine seems to run out of steam quickly. We also miss the lighted power switch. This seems like a small thing, but we can’t see at a glance that we have left it on.

I'm extremely frustrated with my De'Longhi espresso machine, which stopped working after just five uses. Despite thoroughly reviewing the manual and troubleshooting guide, I couldn't resolve the issue. When I reached out to De'Longhi's customer service, I was disappointed with the lack of assistance. A representative guided me through the coffee-making process via video chat, but ultimately blamed the problem on my coffee choice. First, they claimed the roast was too dark, but I was using a medium-light roast. Then, they suggested the grind was the issue. What's puzzling is that the machine worked fine for the first few uses. If the problem lies with my coffee or technique, why did it function initially? The representative's conclusion didn't provide a satisfactory explanation. Unfortunately, my experience with De'Longhi's customer service was unhelpful, and I'm left with a non-functional espresso machine.

Has lasted well

I've had this product for several years, making between 3 and 5 lattes or Americanos every day, and it performs like a champ. The rubber bushing around the steam wand has split, but that's about the extent of wear and tear. The fully automated machines make it hard to switch between half-caffe (for my wife) and full strength (for me), so I like the do-it-yourself version.

Not good

I bought my second one 6 months ago and is already broken and it broke just like the previous one, this coffeemaker have serious leak issues. Out of nowhere it stopped brewing and you can hear the vapor leaking inside. I’m very disappointed with this machine.
