Use

• For indoor use.
• Simple assembly required.
• Read instructions before using.
• Do not touch hot surfaces.
• Position oven 2"–4" away from walls and objects.
• Do not operate under wall cabinets.
• Do not use on heat-sensitive surfaces.
• Pizza stone will become discolored and dark. This is normal. Over time, stone will become seasoned, which will improve cooking performance and pizza flavor.

Care

• Unplug and allow oven to cool before cleaning or handling.
• Clean interior with damp cloth and mild liquid soap or spray solution and sponge. Apply cleaners to cloth or sponge, not directly on interior. Remove residue with damp cloth.
• Wipe exterior clean using damp cloth and cleaning agent. Apply cleaner to cloth, not directly on exterior. Dry thoroughly.
• To clean pizza stone, use metal spatula or food scraper to remove food debris. Brush off burnt flour or other debris and wipe with damp towel. Do not use soap or detergent. Do not submerge in water. Dry thoroughly before replacing in oven.
• Hand-wash deep-dish pan and oven rack in hot, sudsy water with nylon scouring pad or brush. Rinse thoroughly. Dry thoroughly before replacing in oven.
• To clean pizza peel, unscrew wooden handle. Wash metal part in hot, sudsy water with nylon scouring pad or brush. Rinse thoroughly. Wipe handle clean with damp cloth. When both parts are thoroughly dry, screw handle back in place.
• To clean crumb tray, slide out and discard crumbs. Wipe clean with damp cloth. To remove stubborn debris, soak tray in hot, sudsy water, then scrub clean with nylon scouring pad or brush. Rinse thoroughly. Dry thoroughly before replacing in oven.
• Avoid using abrasive, harsh and corrosive cleaners, which can cause damage.
• Do not clean with steel wool pads.
• Do not clean in dishwasher.
