    Use & Care

    Use

    • Before first use, wash new cookware in warm water with mild soap or dish detergent, or in dishwasher. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry immediately with soft dish towel.
    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Use low to medium setting for most cooking.

    Care

    • Immediately after each use, fill pan with hot water and liquid dish detergent; let stand until lukewarm. Use sponge or soft cloth to remove any remaining food particles. Do not use steel wool or other metal pads that make coarse scratches.
    • When food is burned in pan, stubborn black residue may remain. If soaking does not loosen it, add one inch of water to pan, then add one Tbs. of dishwasher detergent (non-lemon product). Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool in pan, then drain and rinse. Loosen residue with sponge or plastic spatula. Repeat if necessary.
    • Stains on outside bottom (not sides) of pans can be removed with oven cleaner. Follow manufacturer's directions and spray or brush cleaner only on outside bottom of pan. If directions call for using cleaner in warm oven, heat pan before applying cleaner. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning.

    New Stainless Pots & Pans

    All of the pots & pans work as advertised. They look great. They are easily cleaned by hand or dishwasher. They have not scratched my glass top electric stove so fare. I really like them.

    Black handles which resist heat

    I bought Cuisinart cookware several years ago & absolutely love them. My set is stainless with black handles, which don’t get hot while cooking. They look now as they did when I bought them. I love to cook & they make cooking more fun. Having said that, I take care of cookwares. My granddaughters are wanting a set exactly like them, which I can’t find.

    Awful quality pots

    I purchased a 6 cup saucepan several months ago. I have noticed the inside bottom of the pot is developing wear of the metal and you can see black dots. I was told that you can not use metal utensils in the pot. My 58 year old Farberware pots I have been using metal all these years and still look new. I definitely would not recommend Cuisinart pots to anyone. I am so disappointed with them.

    Actually easy to clean I was really surprised. Love the fact it’ cooks food evenly.

    Miserable to cook with, even worse to clean

    Handles that get uncomfortably warm Lids that don’t seem to seal well, so simmering is harder than it should be I’ve owned plenty of cookware over the years, and this is the worst set of pots and pans I’ve ever had. Save your time, your patience, and your wrists—look for a well-reviewed tri-ply stainless set, quality nonstick, or cast iron instead. Hard pass.

    These pans are just blah. Every thing sticks to them and the are a pain to clean. Definitely not worth the price.

    Great set of Pans!!

    Great set of Pans!! You have to adjust to cooking with Stainless steel versus non stick or ceramic which is a very easy transition. You know you are eating healthier with no residue getting into your food from the non stick or ceramic pans. Easy clean up as well.

    Cuisinart ~ Smart on

    My cookware set is attractive, shiny and durable. The feature I like the best is the riveted handles. No more screwed on handles to age, decay and break off. After each usage they clean up to that polished shine. You don't have to use special cooking utensils. The heat is evenly distributed, you don't have to cook on high temperatures. The Cuisinart set we bought will last for years.
