Use & Care

Use

  • Do not use with honing oil or water.
  • Use only on clean knives.
  • Do not use for scissors, ceramic knives or any blades that do not fit freely in the slots.

  • Modules are removable and dishwasher safe or hand-wash.

    Fantastic Knife Sharpener

    Love this knife sharpener! We had the standard Chef’s Choice knife sharpener for many years but eventually, the sharpening wheels will wear out. This model allows you to change out those wheels so I look forward to many more happy years of cooking with sharpened knives. Makes all the difference in cooking at home ❤️

    I like the fact that it has diamond wheels for the first slot and the second slot and then the last slot is a polisher. I also like the fact that you can take that whole assembly off there and clean it good and you can get a replacement part if the disc wear out. So far I've been able to Sharp my knives extremely Sharp. I like it a lot more than some of the $150 ones. One thing they could do to make this product better is to have a way to hold the knife against the surface a little easier as you run the blade through the sharlner disc.

    Junk motor did not last long

    Bought this unit for sharpening my knives i do a lot of butchering. The head (stones) don't last long but i was kind of ok with that . But i bet i never got 100 sharpening s out it when poof !!! Smoke stink and motor shot !!! For this money really 100 use's . I love to replace it but i cant bring my self to pay that again.
