Use

• Do not fill basket with oil. Air fryer requires little to no oil to produce crisp texture. If you use oil, toss food with small amount in separate bowl before cooking in air fryer.
• Loose wet batters – such as tempura and beer batter – should not be used in air fryer, as batter does not set quickly and will drip from food. Stick to thick, pasty batters and breaded food such as chicken nuggets.
• Do not overcrowd basket. Too much food can inhibit browning and crisping. Cook large quantities of food in batches.

Care

• Unplug air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• Rack and basket are top-rack dishwasher safe. Alternatively, hand-wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
• Do not use glass cleaner on window.
• Wipe interior and exterior clean with damp cloth.
