Useless, unhelpful
Can't get it to work after half an hour. Gasket won't seat, hopper just shakes the beans around. Manual is terrible, videos aren't helpful and have outdated parts. Can't believe how much I paid for this to happen.

Great grinder
I’ve had this grinder for a few years and it’s by far the best one out there. I’ve gone through a couple of the more popular brands and have had issues. Highly recommend.

Great Virtuoso Grinder
Baratza Virtuoso Grinder is excellent. Very consistent grounds. Best companion for my Moccamaster and other coffees. I weigh 30 g of beans daily with a 16 setting for 18 oz of water. Perfect. Espresso and Moka are great too. I don't store beans in the hopper. Easier to switch beans.

Waste of money
Loud, messy and very inconsistent grinding. Our little $15 grinder does a much better job for a fraction of the price. Plus it doesn’t take up counter space.

Best grinder
This grinder works perfectly, and is very easy to clean.

My new Baratza coffee grinder is useless.
Plastic hopper does not fit correctly onto grinder so only grinds to one setting and that setting is too coarse for most purposes. Very disappointing. Have used Baratza grinders for many, many years and have never seen this before.

good home grinder
This grinder is the best at home grinder I know of. I prefer to use a professional grinder at the retailer but my store eliminated their grinder so I had to purchase one. The final grind is determined by the number of seconds you set if for and you must experiment to find the best for your grind.

Best coffee grinder by far!
I bought this coffee grinder from Williams-Sonoma a couple of months ago, after trying and returning several other brands. While there was a learning curve, once I figured out how to use the grinder, I am extremely pleased with it - perfect coffee every time! Definitely worth the money - leaves no mess on countertop, grinds perfectly!

Perfect for any kind of grind!
Sometimes I like to do a manual pour over which requires a finer grind. Setting the grind to 10 does the trick. When I'm making a full pot with my MoccaMaster, setting the grind to 13 with a twenty second grind, makes the most perfect pot of coffee! How wonderful it is not have to think before my first cup of coffee!!
