    Use & Care

    Use

    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Oven and broiler safe to 600°F.
    • Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching lining.
    • Do not use knives, sharp kitchen tools or electric hand mixer, as they may scratch lining.

    Care

    • Allow pan to cool before washing.
    • Hand-wash.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
    • To remove stubborn food residue, fill cookware with small amount of water and place over low heat until food is softened and easily removed.
    • Cookware may discolor if not completely cleaned before reheating. To remove discolored areas, rub with cloth dampened with lemon juice or white vinegar, or use high-quality nonabrasive stainless-steel cleaner.

    Staining and sticking

    I purchased this pan because I wanted something healthier to cook on that was also easier for sautéing or cooking salmon and chicken and finishing it in the oven, but it isn’t working as good as it did the first night. Everything is sticking, even if I add oil first, and then pan inside looks old. I followed the instructions to let it cool and to use a soft sponge but it’s not the same.

    Bait and Switch

    The pan i did receive is great. The other pan, ordered at the same time, is on back order until August. If I had known I would have ordered from a reputable merchant.

    Nice upgrade from my ceramic pan

    Easy to clean. Very durable and comfortable to hold. Top lid gets very hot when used.

    Great addition

    Usually cook with non-stick pans but am enjoying the flavor of foods prepared in my new All-Clad, as well as the opportunity to deglaze and add yet even more flavor. A great new alternative for my kitchen.

    Great skillet, hard to clean

    This pan is well made and cooks evenly, substantial but not too heavy to lift when full. The only drawback is that when new it was absolutely beautiful, and after just a few uses it is not as shiny. Food and splatters seem to stick and discolor, even though I'm very careful to rinse it immediately and scrub with baking soda. I imagine a brillo pad would work to remove the spots, but that is not best practice in caring for this type of cookware.

    A Versatile Cooking Item

    This pan is so versatile that you will wind up using it several times a week. It's good quality and is easy to clean. I especially enjoy having the matching lid to use during frying. I highly recommend this product; it is a little pricey, but, well worth the money.
