- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- To remove stubborn food residue, fill cookware with small amount of water and place over low heat until food is softened and easily removed.
- Cookware may discolor if not completely cleaned before reheating. To remove discolored areas, rub with a cloth dampened with lemon juice or white vinegar, or use a high-quality nonabrasive stainless-steel cleaner.

My New Favorite Pan

This is beautiful pan. Sits on my shelf with a silver teapot and other treasures because it doesn't belong in a drawer or a hanging rack! Since its purchase a few weeks ago, i have used it almost daily, from a wonderful, easy-to-stir oatmeal and flaxseed porridge to tonight's fresh beets. It's so very easy to clean and polish that I don't allow it to sit dirty. It is of course my new favorite pan.

Delivery

The product is fine. The issue was around delivery, UPS did not deliver it or lost it and then I had to call WS three times before the replacement was sent. While the agents I spoke to were amazing, the process was really crappy. Definitely I would never buy online from them again.

Willaim Sonoma Unethical Business Practices

This is the seond time William Sonoma pulled the trick on me, and the last. I ordered this item in November, the web apge said it was in stock, as soon as my credict card cleared, the item was back-ordered. It came at the end of January. I returned it. I will never order from them again.

Arrived With Visible Damage to Handle

The pan arrived with a lot of scratches on the handle where it joins the pan itself. These are deep enough to be felt by touch and don’t buff out. The pan wasn’t damaged, and seemed like it would be as good as the other allclads I’ve got direct from their website, but it’s not great to receive something that’s damaged on arrival - even if it’s cosmetic. I can’t recommend this pan to others, especially given that Williams Sonoma doesn’t allow returns on this item. It’s true that this is a cosmetic and not functional issue, but if you care about that then know that you might get a “damaged” item.

Super saucier

We purchased this specific to reduce and simmer sauces. It does just that perfectly with the round bottom and stainless interior in a size that accommodates nicely and isn’t too unwieldy. Like that it comes with a lid to keep everything in after reducing. Clean up is easy. Couldn’t be happier.

Nice Pan!

This pan is beautiful and the perfect size for heating up soup and other liquids. However, be careful with the heating temperature. After I did use it for soup, the inside was a mess/looked damaged. I brought it to the store and they cleaned it using "Bar Keeper's Friend," and I was told that I probably had the heat too high. This suprised me because I'm thinking this is a high-quality item, so what the the temperature have to do with it. Anyway, next time I used it I did put it on a lower temp and it was fine. I still LOVE this saucepan!

Curved perfection

I waited two months for this pan but I knew I wanted it and so happy with it. I never stop using it. It is the perfect size snd I love the rounded sides for easy stirring

A go-to pan

This is a fairly l shallow, wide saucepan with a curved bottom. Of course, it's great for sauces, but I really like it for poaching eggs. Also, it doesn't seem to boil over as easily as the more straight-sided and tall saucepans. Always love All-Clad and this is quickly becoming a go-to pan.

Quality saucier

I am slowly replacing my cookware with quality pieces from All Clad. The shape of the saucier will make it easier to make sauces and pastry cream, really anything that involves a lot of stirring.

Great gift!

I gave this as a gift to my son to start off with a nice piece of cookware. I have the same one and use it all the time. Perfect for lots of cooking and the round shape is good too.
