Care
- Allow to cool before washing.
- Hand-wash recommended.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pans as needed, or approx. every five years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and stains on exterior can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.

Disappointing Customer Service

I accidentally registered for this set thinking just the frying pans were nonstick but unfortunately once I opened the box, they are all nonstick. I only looked at the first pan and put it back in the box. Everything is still neatly packed I contacted customer service to kindly request an exchange for the set without nonstick - accepting it may be final sale and forfeit and difference in cost. However, they denied the request because it was outside the return timeframe. I am so disappointed as these items are both still actively sold at the store, and I felt this was a reasonable request. Please be careful of the inflexibility of their registry policy. We spent a lot of money here so I am bummed. I also asked to connect with a supervisor and they didn’t, they just ended the convo. Sick over this waste of money for me.

Great set for everything you need in the kitchen. I donated so many odds and ends I had collected over the years and absolutely love this beautiful efficient set

Peeling

Less than a year old, and the non stick enamel is peeling! I think the quality of this brand has gone downhill tremendously from years before. Took one of the pans into the store for advice, was told to contact all clad, store associate said it took her about 18 months to get a new pan lol

Absolutely not good value for money

I bought these pots as a treat to myself for Christmas about 1.5 years ago and they have peeled soooooo much. I cook every day and don’t ever put them in the dishwasher and they have entirely peeled. Don’t waste your money. You’ll regret it.

Don’t buy this product - All-Clad D3 Tri-Ply

This product nonstick coat peeled off in under a year of use. More disappointing is that William Sonoma sold this set of cookware while is a class action suit for this problem. I contact the store about my problem and they told me to contact All-Clad. Basically I could not return them to the store for a new set.
