    Fondue pot with quality issues

    The fondue pot itself is good but came with a deep scratch on the insert due to how it is packaged. I returned it at my local store and took another home. Once home I realized that four of the fondue forks’ top plastic color plugs were broken or missing. I decided to keep it anyway as it was such a long hassle to return the first one and then “rebuy” the second one. Quality control is an issue. Exchanging the first defective pot took over an hour in the store. The exchange process desperately needs an overhaul.

    We really enjoyed the fondue 🫕 We had a large crowd and it held a great amount. So much fun!

    Excellent Product

    I’ve had this a little over 2 months now and used it often. It cleans up very well! The double slots in each skewer is a great feature- allows for the meat cubes to not touch the bottom without holding them.

    Bad design

    The company packs the unit in the box such that it scratches the inside of the pot through the protective non-stick coating down to the metal

    Fondue pot

    The fondue pot is great, but it cost me too much in William Sonoma gift cards, since the WS employee that did the transaction gave me back one gift card that had now nothing on it, and kept or shredded the two valid ones!!!!

    Perfect Fondue

    Used the fondue pot for the first time on Sunday. Made fiesta cheese fondue. LOVE the nonstick feature! Easy cleanup and is a beautiful pot. Fondue forks work great. Zero complaints. Worth the spend for quality of product.
