    Shop in store not online during the holiday season

    Great product but if you’re trying to buy something online during the Christmas season it shipped two days before and I had to go into their store and make the purchase and I ordered it today after Thanksgiving. I suggest you go directly to their store.

    We purchased the toaster at a store. They didn't have it in stock so they promptly shipped it to us. It worked as it should for about 3 days then started toasting unevenly. By the 4th day it would only toast one side. We contacted the company for a replacement they would only ship us a replacement after they received the 1st one. It's going on 10 days now and we still don't have a replacement. I have a sinking feeling we will be returning this one as well after it spends a week bouncing around in the back of a truck.

    Great toaster

    I love the new toaster. It is easy to clean, looks beautiful and has many features that I like. Such as the cancel button the timing remaining window and the variety of toasting levels.
