Use
- Always use caution when handling sharp objects.
- Avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as stone, metal or glass.
- It is not advisable to use any knife but a meat cleaver to cut through bone, as other blades can be easily damaged.
Care
- Hand-wash with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse and dry immediately.
- Sharpen as needed. With regular use and honing, knife should not need sharpening more than once or twice a year.
- Sharpen knife at home using whetstone or knife sharpener, or have it sharpened by a professional.
- Store in safe place to protect edges and prevent injury.

Don't lose one!

Seem to be good quality knives. I don't expect them to last a lifetime bc you can't sharpen them but they seem good for the price if they hold up 10ys. Only issue I have is there's no way to purchase a single replacement. So, if you damage one, like I did, you're out of luck. I contacted Wusthof support and they weren't able to help.
