If you want to wait....

I ordered this kettle on January 5th, 2025, and I'm still waiting for it. The one star is for the complete lack of communication regarding the actual delivery date. Who knows if it will ever ship but in the meantime I'm not ordering anything else from WS until I either get the product I ordered or get some real dates for delivery.

Bogus shipping date

Williams Sonoma always tells you a shipping date in the near future and then changes it to 6 months out. They’ve done this to me several times…don’t believe the ship date on this kettle and save yourself a headache!

Stopped working in 5 months

I got the kettle as a Christmas gift. It stopped working in April. The buttons light up as they should, but the water is not getting boiled or even heated up. The product lasted 5 months!

KETTLE DOES NOT WORK!

Both the first and second kettle I ordered did not work. All button choices when pressed along with the start button turned off after 5 to 10 seconds. This is a beautiful looking kettle and is expensive; however, both kettles I received were junk!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!!

This is all that it was advertised to be. A bit heavy, but other than that, wonderful.

Beauty meets function

Beautiful and high quality. I had to switch to tea so this is my consolation prize. What a prize! I love it! It has made drinking tea way easier as I don't have to guess about temperatures. The only thing I would change is the keep warm function. It doesn't last long enough, so when I'm done with my first cup, I have to reheat the kettle.

Perfect for my needs

This is perfect for tea making. I love that the presets are especially for tea and the different temperatures they require. I’ve only had it about a month, but I use it 2 or 3 times a day and it’s working perfectly. I don’t make tea in it, which you could do, but it gets the water the right temperature which I then pour into my teapot. I also use it to heat water for my dog’s food. Very happy with it.

Just opened it and it does not work

The package just arrived and I have been excited to open it. However, when I select boil them press start, it attempts to boil the water for a few seconds and then just shuts off. I’ve tried with filling the water to the max level and then once again to level five just to see if it made a difference. I’m using cold drinking water as the manual suggests.
