Use & Care
Use
- Do not operate for longer than one minute at a time to avoid overheating. Allow motor to rest for one minute before continuing.
- Before operating motor, ensure driveshaft is immersed.
Care
- Clean immediately following each use to prevent clogging drive shaft.
- Do not expose handle to water. Blending shaft and attachments are dishwasher safe.
- Wipe handle clean with a damp cloth.

It was huge for one. Unexpectedly large. Also does not chop……more like selectively mushes and selectively does not chop at all.

The best brand for small appliances

This is my second Breville Immersion blender. 1st got heavy daily us & was nearly 20yrs old & still going strong, but cord cover had split at the wand joint & water got trapped in the mini food processor lid...which I'll prevent going forward & maybe get 50yrs out of it.

Control Grip Immersion Hand Blender

An excellent immersion blender that can do many chores. I like the ease of use and cleaning. The attachments are OK but the beater is a bit flimsy so use it carefully. I would defiantly recommend this blender. Breville stands behind their products.

Multi Use stick blender and mini processor
