    Excellent Knife!!

    Slices Beautifully!!

    I actually enjoy slicing various meats with this knife. It is no longer a chore as this effortlessly slices through anything. I actually cooked a brisket specifically to use my new knife on to see if this was easier to use for large slices of meat. It was SO much better than using other knives I already own. And having the nice sora included is wonderful as many other brands don't include a blade guard with purchase for some reason. Attention to these details is just one more reason my kitchen is full of Shun knives.

    Best brisket knife!

    Surprised at the review stating it was t sharp- almost too sharp- watch those fingers! Has the length, blade strength and edge for perfect slicing. I’m a huge fan of the Global knives but their 12” slicer is just to flexible for a cold piece of brisket. This slices through it perfectly and easily.

    Awsome brisket knife

    I have had this knife for a while now as it was a gift. It is a beautiful and extremely functional knife. The weight is perfect for it's purpose and the blade is so sharp that you simply need to pull it through you brisket or ribs to slice. No sawing motion which causes lost juices. I recommend this knife. The fit and finish is excellent as is the case for transporting.

    My Favorite knife for ribs& brisket

    Nothing bad to say about this knife. I like the weight and feel of it and the blade is so sharp that you just slice one time through your brisket or ribs. No sawing action needed and that saves the juice.

    Good looking but not sharp

    I expected more. The knife is heavy and doesn’t seem very sharp. I am disappointed that it doesn’t slice better
