Crafted in Italy, the tools attach to any KitchenAid stand mixer for easy motorized operation.     Nice pasta rig

    I really like it. The plastic pasta attachment is really only useful for rigatoni and stuff like that. It is kind of slow. For spaghetti and fettuccine, it is better to use the metal attachments.

    Challenging but worth it!!!

    I love these attachments. The one thing that is frustrating is that you cannot run your KitchenAid for more than 30 minutes. They recommend you give the machine a break for 15. This can be a bit challenging with time, because with pasta, you are often making the dough, letting it cool for 20 minutes in the fridge, and then cutting the pasta. I like the flat attachments more than the squeezed smaller pasta attachments (fusilli, macaroni, rigatoni, etc.) I still have not been able to master the art of getting the consistency right because the pasta is often mushy or pressed together. These attachments are also a pain to clean, since you are not supposed to submerge any of it in water.

    Received two small pasta plates with the press. I called to get the bucatini plate and was told I had to return the pasta pack.
