Works well but Hard to clean

I like this blender but it’s hard to clean even when using the clean feature

2 broken in first 3 months!

worst blender - 2 broken in less than 3 months! yes they replace them, but very inconvenient and I would expect more from a nice blender. They did not offer to compensate me at all for my troubles and having to purchase a blender for the month it took them to replace the broken one! unacceptable in my opinion.

The best blender, period

This is by far the best blender I've owned. It's built tough. It's reasonably quiet. I love the vacuum feature with the Vac Q. It gets the job done well, with one touch. I'm making soups with it. The personal blender cup is overbuilt, but works great. The recipe book (which you can download on the website) has recipes that are surprisingly good.

This blender works very well, but super noisy

This is a nice blender and I've been enjoying using it. However, it is advertised as noise reducing technology and it is the loudest blender I've ever had by far. I bought it specifically because of the advertised noise reduction as I have young children in the house. This appears to be false advertising so it is disappointing considering the cost of this blender is high.

Powerful, quieter & easy to use.

This blender exceeded my expectations! I bought mine when it first came out & still love using it. Gets things done quick & easy plus has a cleaning mode. It is much quieter than others I’ve had & returned. The only thing I would agree with is lid is hard to get off because it needs to create a good seal which is especially important when blending warm or hot liquids. I do wish they had an optional glass jug to buy.

Love this Blender

I've had this blender about six weeks now and have used it mostly every day to make my protein shakes. It does an excellent job of blending - I had swapped my six month old Vitamix for this model - this one is much quieter at lower speeds. I love the wider, shorter carafe - as it fits under my cabinets with the lid on - whereas the other one I had did not. Super simple to use and I love using the smaller carafe to make my salad dressings in and just pop the lid on for storage and easy pouring. Separately - I also purchased the Vac Q - which is a vacuum attachment you simple put on top of the carafe and extracts all the air out of the container before blending - this greatly reduces the frothy air bubbles in my milk based protein shakes and improves flavor in other items (the Vac Q is not sold by WS but available elsewhere). The blender looks beautiful on my countertop - the carafe looks like crystal its so clear.

Exceeds expectations

I love the new blender. Looks amazing. It is relatively quite compared to a blendtec I was using before. I like having presets and the control knob. It has powered through making peanut butter without issues. It overheated once and automatically shut off to protect the unit. After a few minutes it was ready to go again. It has fans that automatically kick on which is great. Everything is very well built. Inspires confidence that it will last. Jar is quite secure to bar during operation. Don’t feel like I have to hold it down. I like having the tamper. Not sure why the scraper tamper is shorter than the standard tamper. I think it would be better if it were longer, but maybe I’m missing something. The personal size jar and blender base work great. It’s nice to have a smaller jar for smaller tasks. Some reviews have complained that the lid on the larger jar is hard to remove. It’s a lot more secure than a blendtec lid and vacuum compatible which I view as a plus. Not hard to remove in my opinion. With the personal jar, it appears that it needs to be tightened more to the blending base but really just medium hand tight is sufficient. Doesn’t fit under cabinet with jar which is ok, I just store jars in cupboard and pull base out when in use. Overall fantastic. No regrets here. Will be buying more Breville products when I can. Expensive, but worth it for me.

Ok blender wish the base was metal instead of plastic considering the ultra high price.

Fantastic Blender, a bit expensive

Incredible purchase and I am sold on the Breville Brand - except for toasters - this does everything I hoped for and does it well. I do smoothies for meal replacement each day and this works fantastically.

Outstanding blender!

Blends anything effortlessly. The result is perfect every time. I made the best pineapple smoothie. It left no pulp or fibres. I use it to blend various ingredients needed for Indian cuisine. Blends coconuts, lentils, spinach, anything to perfection. It also looks great on my counter with the stainless steel theme.
