- Pizza Stone: To avoid damage, wipe surface with a soft, damp sponge after each use. If more thorough cleaning is required, remove stone with extreme care, then clean top with firm sponge and warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly; never soak stone or place in dishwasher. Unplug oven before reinstalling the cleaned stone.
- Pizza Peel: Dishwasher safe. Avoid abrasive cleaners and metal scouring pads, as they may damage the surface.
- Pizza Pan: Requires initial seasoning. Follow instructions included with the oven before first use.

Pizzaiola

Purchased this for my daughter and son in law for Christmas, they were so surprised and excited. They are vegans and she's an excellent cook. Best Vegan pizza. I think they will enjoy this for years to come. I'm giving it 5 stars.

Quality materials and even bake

Good But

I have had one of these since first available (5+ years?), and the stone has broken three times. The first time Breville generously sent an entire new oven as replacement stones were not available, second time I purchased one and it cracked after only a few uses. Third one just arrived and it is no longer the original stone. Round and unfinished pizza stone which I find not an acceptable replacement. If you've ever used this oven you know what a mess you can make on the stone at 750F. This new stone will be a disaster after a few cooks as. you cannot clean these porous stones. Very disappointed the old stone is discontinued and cannot now recommend this expensive pizza oven.

Amazing heat

I've been making pizzas in our oven for a few years now. The max temp is only 500, which is typical. I made our first pizza in the Pizzaiolo using the same dough recipe and the results were amazing. The texture was better in every way possible. And it only took 3 minutes instead of 7.5 min. It was a little more difficult working in a more confined space but I think with a little practice it will be no problem at all.

Fun Appliance

Great appliance for cooking pizzas! Fun for the family and guests for pizza parties or when you are by yourself and want something relatively easy to prepare.

Doesn't turn on

The oven won't turn or stay. When I reached out to Breville, they said it happens often but normal ovens are replaced often so this one should be too. It doesn't make sense since it's not something that's used every day. There are better pizza ovens out there. Never buying Breville again

Genuinely amazing

Having worked in pizzerias I knew the oven mattered. I thought I had addressed that with pizza stones. I was wrong. You could put a shoe in this thing and it’ll churn out great pizza. Keeps at temperature on a 2 minute cook time churning out pizzas. Note: photo shows black olive pizza.

Makes great tasting pizzas. Has several temp and type options, heats fast. It is fairly heavy.
