    Breville Control Freak Cook Top Making Cooking Exciting AGAIN

    Ultimate cook top Made with Breville Precision. Food costs Money and the Control Freak has helped our family eliminate food waste by cooking the Food Ingredients for a Meal with perfection. Excited to try new Meal Recipes. The Control Freak Cook to has a Timer aide in Shutting off the Cook Top - this is a Feature that helps me as a Senior - for Safety.     Great unit, but lacking some features one would expect in a modern high end kitchen gadget.

    It is really good at what it does, but with some limitations that hurt its appeal as a modern high end kitchen gadget. There is no internet connectivity and no app for remote monitoring and control, and surprisingly a paucity of preloaded cooks. The latter would have been very useful for home cooks. This unit is very precise and well built and has an attractive touch display, but was modelled on the pro version for line chefs repetitively doing the same cooks all day, rather than what home cooks want which is a selection of preprogrammed cooks with an ability to easily tweak the cooks to one’s preference. That said, I understood its weaknesses when I ordered it, and I do love it.
