Use & Care
Use
- Do not season pan.
- Use low to medium heat.
- Silicone/wood utensils recommended.
- To prolong life of cookware, use clarified butter or high-smoke-point oil such as safflower oil, corn oil or refined olive oil. Never let oil smoke or burn.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays or extra-virgin olive oil (regular olive oil is acceptable); carbonized buildup will develop over time, causing food to stick.
- Ideal for use on electric and gas cooktops (not induction compatible).
- Heat resistant to 600°F; lid is oven safe to 425°F.
- Do not use Melamine sponge every day. Use occasionally to remove stubborn stains.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe. However, to maintain durability of nonstick surface, we recommend hand-washing with soft sponge in hot, soapy water.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing your pans as needed, or approx. every five years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and exterior stains can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.

Use our Green Pans in 3 homes!

This is our third set of Green Pan frying pans. One for our rental house and one for us. The ones at the rental were showing wear and we decided to buy a new set. We ended up splitting it up for the smaller one to go to our guest house. They are really tough and cook great! Will buy them again if we need repacements.

Cute but not durable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan is super cute and easy to clean. However, I would not say it’s very durable. Pros: the size is great. A nice large and flat surface. It is a beautiful dusty rose color and the lid fits nicely. Con: Within weeks the nonstick coat scratched in the middle of the pan. After regular use the bottom of the pan is stained brown and isn’t able to be scrubbed to remove the stain/damage.

Great frypan for daily use

This set satisfy my day to day cooking need. Switching from a tefflon nonstick set, I was surprised that this ceramic coating delivers similar nonstick performance. The surface does get stained a little over a period of usage.

Returning my set due to scratches

Starting a return, I’ve had the cookware set for like two weeks now and the first week. I already had some scratches on the bottom I did purchase the silicone utensils not what I expected unfortunately

Great looking pans

Really like these pans. The non stick is amazing. Very effective during cooking and very easy to clean. They also work on my induction range. My only criticism is that the handle near the pan gets hot during cooking. It noticed a big difference between these and the Valencia pro pans I have. Its not too bad but still noticeable. I would still highly recommend these pans give their price point.
