    • Use only wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching nonstick surface.
    • Do not use insert on or near hot gas or electric burner, or in heated oven.

    Keep Shopping. Terrible Product.

    Coating scratched by pork bone. For a cooker that is supposed to be so resilient, it is straight soft. Can't even get a replacement insert. Do not buy.

    Not Durable

    Even with gentle use, the coating bubbled up. All-Clad's warranty is only 3 years on electronics. That is too short for such an expensive crockpot.

    Best purchase ever!

    love this slow cooker! After 15 years, my old cooker wasn't doing the job, so I saw this and went to the store and bought it! I love all the different cooking it can do, and our meals have turned out delicious! Great product!

    Big Disappointment

    This slow cooker is a huge disappointment! My husband purchased it to replace my wonderful All Clad slow cooker after it stopped working. He thought this one be an upgrade but the buttons feel cheap, programming is not intuitive and, worst of all, the slow cook setting does not work for many recipes - ruining some of our old, tried and true recipes.

    Everything I have from All Clad is great and this is mo exception. Easy to use and high quality.

    this crock pot is wonderful. i love the browning feature, ability to control temp's,, and easy to clean liner. it exceeded my expectations.... i had the original 7 qt all clad crock pot, this is sooo sooo much more!

    Do not buy this overpriced piece of garbage

    This slow cooker has made me rethink anything that All Clad puts their logo on and this experience, dealing with customer service, has lost me as a customer forever. While under warranty I had to have the cheaply made non-stick cooking basket replaced twice... I am on my third right now and now the warranty is out and all of the non-stick coating is peeling off again.. for a company with this reputation it is shocking that they let this poorly made product show their brand... The fact that they aren't sticking behind it tells me all I need to know... Take your money elsewhere. This thing is a piece of garbage and will give you cancer with the non-stick coating peeling off into your food.
