They tend to ship the wrong item

The shearer was ordered in Early December. Two weeks later we received a knife sharpener instead. I called customer service about their mistake and I was told to ship the sharpener and once received they will ship the correct item. I told the representative that was unacceptable since it was a Christmas gift. She apologized and said that was their policy. Looks like mid-January before we receive the correct item. A similar thing happened last Christmas. They are super careless.

Stylish and great cuts

Thought about these for a while because of price. Bought a set of their knives and love them. When I had rewards and they were on sale I went ahead with purchase. No regrets, nice size, very sharp and cool style is worth it. As I age, I’ve moved to investing in high quality - quality not quantity!

Hurts to use and rusts very easy

We love the global knives and wanted to try the shears. Huge mistake! They hurt your hands with any continued use for any length of time. Then after being hand washed the first time they developed rust around the bolt that holds them together. Stick with their knives and and avoid the shears!

Solid build and sharp

Craftsmanship is great. Precision between the blades, super sharp, and solid construction. Well worth the price and even better if you get them on sale. These are made to last a lifetime.
