Keep pie crusts from burning with this adjustable silicone pie crust shield. Designed to be placed along the exposed edge of crust during baking, this shield is more effective and easier to use than aluminum foil – plus, it's reusable. Fit the shield around any pie from 8" to 11 1/2" in diameter and put it into the oven to bake with the pie. Then remove it toward the end of the bake time to achieve your desired level of browning.
