    • Autumn Fruit & Spice Turkey Brine: Our signature blend combines apples and juniper berries with lemon peel, garlic, shallots and spices. A Williams Sonoma exclusive. (1 lb. 4 oz.; brines turkeys up to 20 lb.)
    • Brining Bags: Made of puncture-resistant bi-polymer plastic, each of these bags has a double-zipper seal that prevents liquid from escaping. (set of 3: small bag: 14" sq.; large bags [2]: 23 1/2" x 19 1/2"; holds up to 23-lb. turkey)

    Receiving Instructions

    • Store at room temperature.

    Preparation Instructions

    • In large pot over high heat, combine 1 jar brining blend with 1 gallon water.
    • Heat, stirring frequently, until brining blend is dissolved.
    • Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until well chilled.
    • In 5-gallon container, combine cold brining mixture with 1 1/2 gallons cold water.
    • Add thawed turkey with giblets removed.
    • Cover and refrigerate for 12–36 hours, turning turkey over once halfway through brining time.
    • Just before roasting, remove turkey from brine, rinse well with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
    • Cook as directed in recipe.
