Fabulous

I bought this pan after looking for a roasting pan without any non-stick elements. I was surprised by how many still had non-stick racks! This pan has met and exceeded all my expectations. Great capacity, wonderful results, very high quality. I’m glad I spent a bit more to get something that will last for many years and is a joy to cook in. It has been easy to clean, as well. Highly recommend.

4 stars due to the heaviness of the Roaster

This Roaster is wonderful to use!! It is heavy to lift in and out of the oven which is the only downside. Cooking a Turkey breast for Thanksgiving was not too bad weight wise. Overall, I am very happy with this roasting pan.

Great size medium roaster

I was looking for a stainless steel roaster to replace a nonstick roaster. Mainly to avoid cooking with potential cancer causing chemicals. This one stood out.

All Stainless

We were looking for a stainless roasting pan with a stainless rack, which is surprisingly difficult to find. Avoiding the nonstick stuff. We found this one and it had good reviews online. I wish it were made in the USA, but it feels of good quality, very stout. It’s a real beauty to behold as well, stunning in person. We’ve used it once so far and it worked like a charm. The rack held our bird nicely and carving it was a bit easier. I’m very glad we purchased this roasting pan from Hestan, which holds the very large birds we often buy, and I’m thankful for the sale price at Williams-Sonoma. All around very solid purchase.
