Rough cutting board
The board is not smooth, seems like it needs to be sanded even at first use. I used all the products to “prep” oil, cream, etc. I don’t like the rough surface.

Issue with cutting board edges.
Nice size and color; however, the edges were rough, not sanded, and stained properly. Also, the retail store assistant indicated to their management that there was nothing wrong with the cutting board. The customer just did not like it. I did not appreciate this response.

Still love it after more than 5 years!
I invested in this carving board more than 5 years ago. To date it's still beautiful whenever i use it for party or big family dinner. I mainly use it to carve prime rib or use it to display a variety of great steaks and beef ribs. To date, the board still in excellent shape. I do however oil my board after use so that the wood stay conditioned and last forever? So, i would say, yes to buying it. Worth the investment

Not worth the price!!
We registered for this cutting board almost a year ago. I swear after a months use it did not hold up. We now don’t cut anything on it because it keeps smells (onions) in it, even after careful washing and oiling. We really tried to take as best care of this board and it just didn’t hold up. Seriously going to replace it with a Boos board. Just terrible quality. I really thought Williams Sonoma had better quality :(

Cracked After 1 Year
After about 1 year of use and regular oiling, this board has a 5" crack in the middle of it. Very disappointing.
