Use & Care
Use
- Season board with food-grade mineral oil before first use.
- To season properly, apply oil in direction of wood grain using clean, dry cloth. Allow oil to soak in and repeat with another application. Allow board to dry and wipe off any excess oil.
Care
- Hand-wash with hot, soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
- Do not soak or submerge board in water.
- Occasionally rub with food-safe mineral oil to keep wood from drying out.
- To sanitize, wash board with solution of one part vinegar to five parts water.
- Remove odors by rubbing board with kosher or table salt and half a lemon. Let sit for 2–3 minutes then wipe clean with damp cloth. Remove excess moisture with clean paper towel and stand board on end to air-dry.
- Store in dry area away from extreme temperatures.

Perfect Birthday Present for Son-in Law

Cheap construction

This cutting board is cheap; we used it once and our knife sliced the wood so now the wood is chipping off and it's unusable--unless you want wood in your food.

Amazing Cutting Board

This cutting board is everything you want it to be. Large enough to carve a turkey and very spacious on the cutting board side for all your veggie needs.

Came with a HUGE scratch on it. Talked to customer service several times and they never replaced or gave a refund.

Beautiful gift

This board was a Christmas gift & was more beautiful than than the pictures. It is substantial, well made and very functional.

Easy to clean and useful.

I wanted to get away from using plastic cutting boards so I looked for a medium wooden sized cutting board. I don’t have much space in my apartment so I can’t use a.heavy wooden block. I’m very happy with the quality of the board, the size, and how easy it is to clean it. I make sure to seal the board with food grade mineral oil to maintain it and it looks beautiful.
