    6 month for a new bowl…

I ordered the new bowl for Christmas 2024 and did not receive it until June 2025 after multiple “delays” in shipment. I happened to call Sonoma in April/May timeframe and the person I talked to shared with me that they were expecting a delivery in June (and she also shared that the amount of items to be delivered was LESS than the number of bowls that they already sold!!!). It should not take 6 months to receive a new bowl, and if you don’t have any, don’t sell them! Finally receive bowl in June and it is just fine (but it is not thanks to Sonoma and rather thank you KitchenAid).
