Use & Care
Use
- Oven must be placed at least 4" from adjacent walls for adequate air circulation; exterior of unit heats up when in use.
- Caution should be exercised when using pans and dishes constructed of materials other than metal. If using ceramic or glass pans or dishes, it is important that they are oven safe to prevent cracking.
- Avoid using utensils on nonstick interior.
Care
- Hand-wash removable wire rack, broiling rack, pizza pan, roasting pan and air-fry basket in warm, soapy water with soft sponge or soft plastic scouring pad.
- Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- We do not recommend dishwasher cleaning.
- Do not use abrasive cleansers, metal scouring pads or metal utensils.
- Crumb tray: After each use, slide out crumb tray and discard crumbs. Wipe tray with soft, damp sponge. Nonabrasive liquid cleanser may be used to avoid stain buildup. Apply cleanser to sponge – not tray – before cleaning. Dry thoroughly.
- Clean oven exterior and interior with damp cloth; do not touch or clean quartz heating elements.
- Glass door may be cleaned with glass cleaner or damp cloth; stubborn residue may be removed using soft plastic scouring pad.

Love this oven. Easy to use. The old off brand I had before this it was so hard to use. Got rid of it and bought this. This is user friendly and cooks very well. So happy with it.

Smart Oven/ air cryer

A great addition to my kitchen! I use it frequently instead of big oven and I put my toaster away bc toasting feature is so much better. Still practicing with air fryer but will come with practice!

Do not love—avoid white color

I have owned this product for two years now. I appreciate that it bakes and toasts well. I have 3 main critiques: 1. The air fryer feature isn’t great. Frozen prepared food like fries or chicken nuggets for kids come out okay, but aren’t as good as those prepared in a traditional air fryer. Forget doing chicken wings or crispy tofu… it’s a horrible smokey mess with the drippings and they won’t get crispy. 2. This thing is impossible to clean. I keep a piece of foil on the bottom tray because you can’t get the baked on grease off the delicate finish of the tray or any other part of the unit without scrubbing the finish off completely. You can’t use oven cleaner bc it’s aluminum. Even scrubbing with a magic eraser removed the finish and left the sticky grease. I’ve given up. 3. The lovely white color that goes so nicely in my kitchen is now yelllowing and is impossible to get white again. 4. Overall pretty bummed about how much money we spent for a product that brings me more annoyance than pleasure! Do better, Breville!

Williams Sonoma sucks. Oven is great.

The product is fine when I bought from Amazon. Williams Sonoma is a joke of a company. Makes sense why they’re struggling. I purchased this item which took over a week to arrive. Fine. They sent me the wrong color. For a return, they did not offer pickup, but I had to take to a UPS store (not sure what someone without a vehicle or a small vehicle would do…). Item arrived to Williams Sonoma in a timely manner. Sat on warehouse dock not marked as received for SIX days. Did you know WS says their refunds take 5-7 business days after receiving? After it sat seemingly unprocessed for days I had to reach out AGAIN to get a refund initiated. I actually love the product now that I have it from Amazon, but Williams Sonoma is a a joke and I do not wish such idiotic runaround on anyone.

Okay, this Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer is seriously a game-changer! I've been using it for everything from roasting veggies to making the crispiest air-fried chicken. It's so easy to use, and everything cooks perfectly. I'm obsessed! My old oven is feeling so neglected right now, haha. Highly recommend!

Pretty good oven. I like that it has so many functions in one appliance, saves me counter space. Air frying is decent, not quite as good as a dedicated air fryer, but convenient. My wife loves using it. It's a solid kitchen addition.

Beautiful and Great Performance!

Bought this oven in the tapenade green to replace an old Black & Decker toaster oven. This oven is beautiful, and so far, everything I have cooked in it has come out great. I’m so pleased with this appliance. It looks beautiful in my pantry.

New Favorite Appliance for Everything

While we have not yet used all the features and cooking modes, this cooker has fast become my favorite appliance in the kitchen. Toasted bagels to perfection. Air fried wings flawlessly. Reheating pizza, cinch. Keeping food warm for your spouse who's running late for dinner, no doubt. This thing is great. Buy it.

LOVE this

This is my second Breville. After using my first one for 10+ years, I decided I wanted a new one with the air fry feature. I don't like having much sitting on my kitchen counters. Purchasing an air fryer would take up counter or storage space which didn't appeal to me. This new model not only has the air fryer feature but also an interior light. It's so attractive, I actually enjoy having it on my kitchen counter. Love it!
