Perfect pan for more than just warming butter

Great for making small batches of anything, as well as cheddar cheese sauce for brocolli, hollandaise sauce for asparagus and browning butter. The pan cleans easily with Barkeepers Friend, keeping it looking like new. And the handle is a perfect fit for any size hand.

Perfect size for warming butter, sauces, and any other small liquids. Light weight, too.

Spout doesn’t work well

Pouring butter was difficult. It dripped too much making a mess. I brought it back into store to see if I was doing something wrong. They tried it as well (using water) and it dripped and drooled as well. They allowed me to return it thankfully.
