    Summary

Staub's innovative enamel coating takes cast-iron cooking to the next level with improved performance, style and durability. Whether you're sautéing poultry or frying bacon, the textured surface of this pan browns beautifully and heats evenly.

    • Heavyweight enameled cast iron transfers and retains heat evenly.
    • Multicoat enameling creates a glossy, vibrantly colored "majolique" finish that resembles fine ceramics.
    • Resistant to rust, chipping and cracking, the coating requires no additional seasoning like some other cast-iron pieces.
    • The specially formulated black matte interior enamel of each piece contains traces of quartz, giving it additional heat resistance and a rougher surface resulting in better browning.
    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Dishwasher safe.
    • Made in France.
    • Commercial Grade: Thoughtfully designed and expertly engineered to meet rigorous standards and best practices from select commercial testing.

    Wonderful Gift for Dad

Beautiful and functional. Coating makes it resistant to sticking. Easy to clean. It's become our favorite skillet.

    Not for me

I did not like the Staub pans at all. Everything stuck to the bottom no matter what I did. I gave them away,.

    Sticky Frying Pan

Having had a great experience with cast iron, ceramic, and steel pans this looked like it had the potential to be the best of all three, an unbeatable combination…not so: everything sticks to the surface, burns on and needs to be scraped off. My favorite part was having to warm the pan up slowly…it’s a pan man…heat it up throw in the bacon…except on this pan it heats so unevenly a strip of bacon is two parts crispy and three parts raw

STAUB cranberry 12 inch cast iron fry pan

I was really excited about getting this new very pretty pan however the first day I used it the peak of the pan chipped so disappointing for the cost of the pan. When I called the store the lady said it would be like you buying a new sweater and spilling wine on it… that’s called operating error. I was a little disappointed on the fact that she offered me nothing.

    Just the pan I needed!

Nice and heavy, this one is a bit bigger than the 10” I have, and no more overcrowding the burgers! They get a lovely crust, just the way we like ‘em! I always rub a teense of avocado oil in after drying and wipe it out with a clean cotton tshirt rag. Nothing sticks and easy peasy clean up! Love my skillets, nothing gives you the same crust!

    Nice but wearing quickly

Pan is nice, a bit small. The bottom of the pan looks to be wearing quickly even though we are careful with it - brown spots that look like the coating wore through.
