Use
- Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe to 600°F.
- Safe for use with metal utensils; silicone/wood utensils recommended.
- Do not season pan.
- Use low to medium heat.
- To prolong life of cookware, use clarified butter or high-smoke-point oil such as safflower oil, corn oil or refined olive oil. Never let oil smoke or burn.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays or extra-virgin olive oil (regular olive oil is acceptable); carbonized buildup will develop over time, causing food to stick.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe. However, to maintain durability of nonstick surface, we recommend hand-washing with soft sponge in hot, soapy water.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pans as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and exterior stains can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.

Love GreenPan

Everything cooks well, nothing burns, and nothing sticks. Clean Up is a breeze! These 8" pans are perfect for cooking smaller portions or cooking for 1. GreenPan is my new go to cookware.

Green clean nonstick frying pan

it was the best nonstick frying pan. If you do choose to get it, follow the directions and it’s very very easy to clean. I would buy another one in a larger size and I will.

Best frypan I have ever owned.

I remember when Teflon coating came out and thought, oh wow! This is my first ceramic coated pan and now I am so much more satisfied with how it performs. Fried eggs are a new experience! Nothing sticks. Easy to turn and easy to plate. Ceramic is the way to go.

Not the pot in the photo

I did not receive the pot in the photo. I specifically searched this pot out and purchased it here because I was specifically looking for the one with the steel bottom. The one I was sent is fully cast iron and I could have purchased this one elsewhere for cheaper but purchased here because I wanted the pot in the photo. I’m very unhappy and returning it.

Beautiful Pan!

I was looking for a non-stick pan that was not made of Teflon. Saw this one on the WS website (on sale no less!). Ordered it. When it arrived I was surprised at how actually pretty it is. Very substantial in its feel. Cooks and cleans up like a dream. I am very happy with this purchase

I love this pan.

Food cooks evenly, doesn't stick, and so easy to clean. The smaller size is perfect for breakfast eggs.

Bad quality

This pan looks like it’s good quality, but ever since I bought it, food sticks to it even when I use oil. I don’t recommend it and I would like to return it.
