Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction compatible).
- Oven safe to 350°F.
- Use a low to medium heat setting for most cooking.
- We recommend using plastic or wooden utensils to maintain the cookware's appearance and performance.
Care
- Let pan cool before cleaning.
- Hand-wash in warm water with a soft cloth or sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.
- Food residue or buildup on the exterior can be easily removed with hot, soapy water and a scrub pad.
- Do not use steel wool or other metal or abrasive pads that can scratch cookware. Do not soak cookware in water for an extended period of time as this can affect the nonstick performance.

Consistent quality!

I’ve been a fan of Cuisinart products for many years, and this is the 5th set of their hard anodized cookware I’ve purchased for use. The affordability, great performance, and consistent quality of the product are what keep me coming back to this specific brand. The measuring information on the inside of the saucepans is a great addition to an already great product!

Nice Cookware set.

Nice looking Cookware set. Feels well built and durable. Concerned about using metal utensils however as I'm afraid they may scratch the black coating.

I am in love!

I love the 14 piece set! I only wish that there was a larger frying pan and I feel like this set would be even better. These are the best non stick pans I have ever used. I know that this set will last our family a long time.

Good quality pans

I have only had these pots and pans for a few weeks but I’m very pleased with the quality of them so far. They are a good weight and you need very little fat / oil when using them. Heat is well distributed and clean up is a breeze.

Mediocre

I like the nonstick coating on the inside, but the outside of the pots and pans is easily scratched. The set does not come with family sized pots and pans. They are small. Half of the pieces are lids, which I feel the company could have had some of the pots and pans the same size so the lids are not all different sizes.

Work great but scratch no matter what

These pots and pans heat up fast and cook evenly. I love the steamer insert - no more soggy veggies! The handles on the lids do get hot when using. Took off a star because even though I followed the recommendations to use silicone utensils and washed with a sponge the coating still got scratched. They still work but I wish my brand new set didn't already look like it's been used for awhile due to the scratching.
