    It's okay... not GREAT, but fine.

    PROs - It looks nice, makes fun sounds, no real buttons, has a "clean" feature", cooks rice to perfection (using the typical Asian Household finger trick) CONs - the touch screen is slow to react, the rice pot itself was quick to scratch even after only using non-scratch sponges and silicone rice paddle.

    Worth buying

    I only used two settings white rice and mixed rice, yet and it is working perfectly for me.

    Do not order, it will not arrive

    DO NOT ORDER - I ordered at the end of december and every rep I've spoken to (once a week) has told me that a shipment was coming and I would receive it within a week. They are not able to get any real information and have no idea what's going on.

    Very Decent Rice Cooker

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looked good and functions well I bet. I liked that its settings looked simple to use. I had to exchange it to smaller one because it was way too big for our household of 2. I wasn't able to test the performance yet.

    Touch Screen is NOT Intuitive

    I don't think another kitchen gadget has given me as much frustration. The touch screen is not intuitive and often unresponsive. This rice cooker may be able to do a lot but it is not easy to use.

    Perfect Rice

    Makes the perfect rice and keeps it warm without drying. The price is also the most reasonable ive found for a good Korean Rice Cooker.

    Great big multi-use cooker

    Rice cooker is big and makes perfect rice every time. The keep warm function works well, and I especially love the other cooking modes like stew and special rice.
