    DRIPS EVERYWHERE!!

    I have purchased cuisinart coffee pots in the past- this one is the worst. Awful design, drips everywhere with every pour. Do yourself a favor, pick something else!

    Too many flaws-should be recalled

    Very dissapointed with flaws! 1. Cant slide on counter 2. Cant pour without spilling 3. Returned to kohls and got the other 14 cup-no problems so far 4. Dont buy

    Decent but carafe is clearly flawed

    Good overall, but the carafe leaks terribly when pouring coffee.

    Coffee pot lasted for 4 uses.

    Just got the new coffeepot and after the second use I got an ErH code displayed on the coffeemaker. I could not find anything about that in the book that came with the coffee pot as to what that was. I had to look it up on Google. It is an error code. I unplugged it as recommended and it worked fine the next time. Then on its 4th use, I got the error message again, and my coffee started boiling in the pot and something smelled burnt. I unplugged it once again and then it never started back up so I had to send it back, and I am currently waiting for my replacement.

    Design flaws result in constant spilling

    This coffeemaker has several design flaws that make it frustrating to use. The carafe drips every time you pour, leaving coffee on the counter. The brew cycle ends with multiple loud beeps, which cannot be turned off and are disruptive in a quiet household when others may be sleeping. The coffee basket also requires very precise placement or the lid won’t close. Overall, while capacity, temp, and programmability are fine, it’s not a practical machine for daily use due to these other design flaws.

    Recall the Carafe lid and send replacements

    The coffee it produces is very good. However, the lid to the carafe is an engineering fiasco of the ilk expected from Boeing. Somehow the lid which has a cool looking two little winglets, one to each side, interfere with the flow of the just brewed liquid gold causing it to dispense itself to the apparently, in their judgment, rather thirsty countertop. This leakage is unstoppable and the lid should be recalled and replaced, it would be a cheap fix and make the item rise to cuisinart expected quality.

    Finally! A product that delivers!

    Such a pleasure! It is what it says. Easy to set up, sleek looking, makes a great cup or pot of coffee, and even allows for a cold iced coffee over ice! I highly recommend.

    Changes make for a cheap machine

    Worked for two weeks only and then just would make a click sound like was going to start to brew and then did nothing. Carafe also dribbled everywhere unless you poured very slowly. I took it back to Williams Sonoma. They also couldn’t get it to work. They exchanged it to the older Model for me. Whatever changes the made to this newer model seem to be fails. Just stick to the older model. So far so good with that one and the carafe pours great.
