Use & Care
Care
- Dishwasher safe on short hot cycle (150°F).
- Use quality branded 3-in-1 dishwasher tablets (we recommend Cascade Platinum Dishwasher Pods), or non-citrus scented/based detergent.
- Keep rinse aid topped up.
- Avoid washing with non-stainless-steel metals, as they can cause rust staining (especially on knives).
- We recommend cleaning dishwasher filters regularly and using proprietary dishwasher cleaner.

Be sure to check the # of knives in your shipment

I ordered 12 of these knives. They only sent 8. The packing label on the box even said there were only 8 shipped. When I connected with customer service instead of just correcting the mistake and sending me 4 knives, they asked me to send back all the knives and then they would try a new shipment. Terrible customer experience.

Good product, but sloppy packaging

I bought 90 pieces of open stock flatware and tried to do it at one store. Due to severe out of stock situations this was not possible. So I was faced with significant shipping costs which would be eliminated if I chose to open a WS credit card, which I did do. The merchandise( about 70 pieces) arrived in plastic wrappers with no wrapping for protection and virtually no thought to packaging…really disappointing.

Nice flatware, poor packaging

I was happy with the product, vey pretty and good quality. However, the pieces were packed loose in the shipping box! Expected better from from Williams Sonoma. Especially disappointing since this was a gift.
