Use
- Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe to 600°F.
- Safe for use with metal utensils; silicone/wood utensils recommended.
- Do not season pan.
- Use low to medium heat.
- To prolong life of cookware, use clarified butter or high-smoke-point oil such as safflower oil, corn oil or refined olive oil. Never let oil smoke or burn.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays or extra-virgin olive oil (regular olive oil is acceptable); carbonized buildup will develop over time, causing food to stick.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe. However, to maintain durability of nonstick surface, we recommend hand-washing with soft sponge in hot, soapy water.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pans as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- To remove stubborn food residue and exterior stains, use nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.

Great pan

Would definitely buy this brand again as we use this size/shape of pan for a lot of dinners we cook. The flat bottom design is really cool and keeps food from going around the edges.

Great non-stick pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all of my GreenPans. This one was a replacement to an older 10-in non-stick pan that was wearing out. I really like the glass lid and it very non-stick. My only complaint is that it seems to get little chips on the edge from normal use and cleaning.

Best fry pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Green Pan hard anodized pan is a great frying pan. The material is made great, even if you don't coat it with any oil before you cook food still doesn't stick to the pan. It's easy to wash, dishwasher safe as well as the lid.

Great frying pan!

Non Stick and durable!

Beautiful

Nice Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband enjoyed this pan. Nothing seems to stick to it. He even made cheesy scrambled eggs, and still no sticking issues. The pan did not come with a lid (we like lids), so that was disappointing. Fortunately, one of our other lids does fit it nicely.

Favorite Pan

It's easy to clean and non stick. I can honestly tell you that I use this pan every day and sometimes multiple times a day. Get it, you won't regret it.

Even, fast cooking!

It has some weight to it, it feels very high quality and durable. I love that it can go in the dishwasher (I hate handwashing!), even go in the oven, including the lid! A great frypan, I highly recommend!
