Protect bread dough as it rises and keep your proofing container clean. Designed for use with the Brotform Round Proofing Basket, this cotton liner adds a bit of texture to the surface of the dough while allowing the rattan of the basket to create ridges in the crust.

Use & Care

Use

• Flour basket and place kneaded dough inside for final rise. Transfer dough onto baking sheet or pan when ready to bake.

Care

• Wipe basket interior clean with slightly damp cloth to remove dried dough or flour.
• Hand-wash liner. Lay flat to dry.
