    Summary

Léon & George, a San Francisco–based nursery, is committed to reconnecting people with nature by offering decorative, eco-friendly houseplants that are both resilient and low maintenance. Their summery Parlor Palm is a natural air purifier and a great option for low light environments. One-year-old plants arrive expertly planted in plastic grow containers and handcrafted matte-glazed ceramic pots, along with a teak plinth or stand.

    • Adaptable, attractive and low-maintenance, Parlor Palms will thrive with minimal maintenance.
    • A slow grower, it will maintain its height and shape with consistent care.
    • Small plants include a teak plinth; medium plants include a teak stand.
    • Plants are grown in the U.S. in native climates for long-lasting health.
    • For every plant sold, Leon & George plants a tree in a U.S. forest.

    Use & Care

    Care

    • This plant likes bright light most, but also does fine in lower light, too.
    • Keep away from direct sunlight.
    • Water once a week with a quarter to a full cup of water when soil is nearly dry.
    • Once a month remove from ceramic pot and shower thoroughly in the sink.
    • Trim away yellow-brown and wilted leaves (a sign of overwatering) and dry and droopy leaves (a sign of underwatering) to grow new, healthy leaves.
    • If your plant is not growing properly, send a note to plantdoctor@leonandgeorge.com for help with plant care.
