Use & Care

Care

• Place in bright indoor light, but not direct sunlight. Outdoors, place in light shade, such as a covered patio area.
• Spider plants require temperatures of at least 50°F.
• Water regularly to keep soil lightly moist, ideally with distilled or filtered water that is free of chlorine and fluoride. Do not overwater.
• Do not leave in standing water or allow soil to become soggy.
• To fertilize, apply all-purpose plant fertilizer monthly during the March–September growing season; do not fertilize in winter months.
• When plant outgrows the pot, transplant to a 1"–2" larger pot with drainage holes.
• Nontoxic and pet-safe, but not intended for ingestion. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
