    Use

    • Use on gas and charcoal grills.
    • Heat-resistant to 660°F.
    • Caution: Handles will get hot. Use grilling mitts or gloves.
    • Do not use with metal utensils; use with heat-resistant nylon barbecue tools.
    • To attach handle: Hold long handle and use your thumb to press down on lever to open end of handle. Slide short handle into slot on end of long handle. Release lever by raising your thumb, and both handles will be attached.

    Care

    • Hand-wash.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.

    Perfect grill pan

    Love this grill pan it’s very versatile and great for seafood, kabobs and veggie. It has held up to high heat and the removable handle is a great feature.

    Warped with First Use

    I’m completely floored by W&S to claim this is a high heat product. It warped on our Big Green Egg grill with its first use. Don’t bother!

    Good Start

    I’ve been using this pan for about a month on a small Trager grill with mostly good results. The grill edges form a trough around the center part with holes. When I took the pan off the grill the first time, I got very hot pan juices on my feet. Since then I’ve used a sheet cake pan, which is really too small, but at least my feet don’t get burned! It is too large to soak in my kitchen sink, so it is challenging to clean. But it does minimize the grill clean-up which is a plus, and it contains the food nicely so things don’t drop through.

    Used on BBQ immediately deformed

    Used this on the BBQ to make some shrimp and while the meal came our amazing, the griddle is now deformed and lopsided. Poor quality overall, very disappointing

    NOT nonstick!

    This pan is not nonstick. After cooking chicken on it, we had to scrub it so much that it was crazy. We even tried soaking it overnight & all the crusty bits still would not come off.

    Perfect grill addition

    I bought one for myself and then the second one for my son-in-law. We all cook on the grill as much as we can.

    I sooo want to really like this grill pan....but

    This is a great pan for grilling vegetables and potatoes, but it needs some kind of locking tray to transport after grilling. It's messy with sauces or oil seeping through the holes. I tried to improvise with a cooking sheet, but it doesn't quite fit and it's too hot to keep it all together.

    Good not great

    The handle is extremely wiggly and hard to reattach when the pan is over the flame. Otherwise the pan works very well, we’ve used it on vegetables and had nice results.
