I had bought a Pizza Crisper for a friend who had a new Breville Smart oven... on my glowing account of said oven. In the meantime, my friend's daughter had bought the same accessory for said oven. Needing to return the crisper to the Williams Sonoma at the Town & Country location, there was a little difficulty regarding the return. The Associate who worked through it was Ellen. She exhibited a level of grace and diligence that was a testament to her value as an employee. She was able to resolve the issue and I left with a sense of admiration for her and her value to the Williams Sonoma Company. I made the all time best frozen rising crust pizza on this pizza crisper ! This was a rising crust cheese pizza. I scraped off the cheese, added a little bit of ranch dressing and. Hopped cooked chicken breast. Added back the cheese and sprinkled a little bit of extra virgin olive oil. Followed the direction on the brevelle smart oven air fryer and itmcamemoutmperfect
