• A family-owned American confectionery crafts our old-fashioned caramels in small batches, slow cooking sugar and honey with cream, milk and butter at the perfect temperature in copper kettles. After cooling, the caramel is cut into pieces, hand dipped in Guittard bittersweet chocolate and dusted with sea salt. The confections are packed by hand in our keepsake tin, ready for gift giving.
