Worst Customer Service

I purchased this product through the WS/Pottery Barn Outlet. When I tried using product it didn't work at all. I wrongfully assumed that the company would honor their warranty to correct this issue. They will not honor their warranty because the claim Outlet is not an authorized dealer although that is not in their warranty description . Don't waste your money on anything from this company.

Rechargeable Battery Issues

Purchased the Chef's Choice DCB1520 Rechargeable Sharpener in Dec 2023 as a Christmas gift for a friend in store at William Sonoma. Feedback from my friend indicated this knife sharpener was great, but unfortunately it has stopped charging and no longer works as of Jan 2025.

Works great but the stainless steel wrap is a decal that is bubbled up on it. Poor installation of the decal. I had it replaced because of this and the second one was worse. I kept it because it still does the job of sharping knives.,

Sharpen Knives no matter the quality.

I own this for the past 6 months and use it once. I sharpen all my knives, a task I use to do every week. My knives, from using Chef’s Choice Sharpener, are still sharp. The product is user friendly and easy. A great investment for all types of quality of knives.
