Love it, use it for so many things. Great for stairs & quick pickups, excellent reach, I bought the new style which is much better than the old style.

Great Concept, Terrible execution

I bought this with high hopes. The concept of a small vacuum that you don't have to pull around like a canister is very appealing. That said, such a disappointment! It's cumbersome and when I sling around my body, it barrels towards my face at breakneck speed if I bend over to vacuum under furniture. The hose connection is mediocre, and the tools are ok, just ok. The part to store the tools on is an utter joke. I carry the tools around in a bag, instead. I use it to vacuum my car, sofas, and chairs. I don't like the floor attachment because it doesn't seem to do a good job on my hard floors and seldom use it. I utilize my old upright for hard floors, which I thought the supra would replace. The power cord is wonderfully long but there's no place to store it! It would be nice if there was a bracket to wrap the cord on. With some tweaks, this would be a great product. As it is now, it falls short in almost every way.

Great vacuum for tasks in car or RV. Excellent to clean out dryer.

Mini Needs a Walk Mount Rack

I came on your site searching for a rack/holder that can be wall mounted - like we had for our mini Oreck. Currently using a large bin for storage. Also - no device to wind the cord. Wrapping the cord around the vac is time consuming.

More suction than with the Oreck equivalent

I recently purchased a SupraLite that I am very happy with. I missed having attachments so I went to the vacuum store and purchased this companion vac. It works much better than the Oreck version I’ve had in the past. The only flaws I have found so far is the hose doesn’t stay attached for the blower function (not a huge deal because I won’t really be using that) and the attachments do NOT stay on the caddy on the back side of the machine. Also, incorporating some cord hooks would be very beneficial as well. Oh and make HEPA replacement bags available. Otherwise I am very pleased with the performance. I honestly wish the SupraLite had an on board hose with a dusting brush, upholstery tool, and crevice tool like the awesome Hoover Elites of yesteryear. Like maybe have one model that had that feature. Anyways, I am very pleased with the suction of this machine.

Compared to my old "-----" carry around ?

Cons: I wanted this to work like my old carry around. The hose is stiff and needs untwisting often. The hose pops out of the cannister often. The mini tools are useless, once attached, because there is hardly any suction? I may not be understanding how the attachment works? I tried putting tape over the vents on the adaptor and still no suction?Can't find bags on this site to order? Pros: Strap works if hung over your neck like a cross body purse. Light weight and good suction with standard tools.

Heavy duty, portable, great suction

We’ve had this vacuum for over ten years, and it is a sturdy little tank. Easily portable, great suction, and very versatile. I’ve used it as our main vacuum, and it does all the edges, stairs & under the birdcage.

Meets my needs

The ability to carry it around is wonderful but the strap needs to be longer and the tool holder needs to be a much tighter fit as the tools constantly fall off. And this machine is for floors only! It says you can use on carpets, but no.

Versatile

I appreciate the versatility of this little vacuum! I have used this to vacuum stairs, furniture, car interiors, and all the hard to reach dusty corners. Highly recommend!
