Use & Care
Care
- Wipe with warm water before first use.
- Wipe clean with damp cloth; dry thoroughly.
- Do not soak or submerge wood in water.
- To keep wood from drying out, rub with food-safe mineral oil or beeswax.
- To remove odors from wood, rub with table salt and half a lemon. Let sit for 2–3 minutes, then wipe clean with damp cloth. Remove excess moisture with clean paper towel, and let air-dry.
- Store in dry area away from extreme temperatures.

Perfect Organizer for Custom Collection

This is a great solution for someone who wants to store a custom knife collection. I built my kitchen knife collection from numerous knife manufacturers and they all fit nicely in this organizer. And it’s a bonus keeping knives from taking space on a countertop.

Small kitchen cooker

I bought both the large and the small version because I wasn't sure of the fit. The small one was way too small for the drawer and arrived damaged, so it was returned. The large one was at tight squeeze and just fit the drawer, but I am happy with it. It seems well made, all of my knives fit, and I got the knife block off the countertop

Hold everything in drawer knife storage

This is great for storing my wusthof knives. It doesn’t work as well with other knives. For example, I have a few knives from pampered chef and they don’t seem fit well

The knife block fits the drawer perfectly and fits all of our knives with room to grow! It’s stylish and easy to keep clean. My husband recommends using a board cream every once in a while to keep the block from drying out.

Gorgeous, like an exquisitely made piece of furniture. The side pocket allows me to place knives that are seldomly used, while the huge expanse of slots houses all of my heavily used knives. And I have many! Exceptional, like everything else at WS.
