The smell of burning rubber is too strong

I just want to write some real feedback. When I use the product, there is a pungent smell of burnt skin, which is too pungent and unbearable.

Great steamer but…

The steamer works well as long as the descaling unit is not used. The descaler is totally sealed for some reason, so water cannot pass into it or through it. The steamer will then shut down as it has no water.

Dust Mite Control

Bought this to control dust mites in the home. Impressed with the amount and consistency of the steam produced, and speed that items dried back out after steaming. I believe it to be working, but have no real way to measure the effectiveness.

Steams everything easily in compact size

I tote this steamer all over the house. Window treatments, bed linens, clothing - it steams it all so beautifully. The dry microfine steam does not leave any water spots, works with the wand at all angles, and doesn't drip like previous steamers. I can trust this steamer with my finest fabrics. I bought the rolling cart/rack as well. I can easily hang a shirt or dress - on the rack and steam away.
