- Pecans (included)
- 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (250ml) water, room temperature
- 2 eggs, room temperature
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour 8" x 4" (10cm x 20cm) loaf pan.
- In medium bowl, stir together quick bread mix, butter, water and eggs until combined. Add pecans and stir until evenly combined. Pour batter in prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approx. 55 minutes. Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes. Turn loaf out onto rack.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.

- Sugar, all-purpose flour (bleached [or unbleached] wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cornstarch, pumpkin, pecans, buttermilk (cultured blend of sweet cream churned buttermilk, sweet dairy whey, lactic acid), ground cinnamon, baking soda, salt, ground ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves.
