What I Expected and I’m happy

I haven’t used it yet, but it has all the features I was looking for. It is a very well made All-Clad and is a little on the heavy side.

Advertises up to 20 lb

This roaster is advertised to hold a 20 lb turkey, you can go higher. Its a little tricky to get the legs browned well, but doable. The insert scratches the bottom of the pan but its minor. Its hard to get completely clean but that could just be the dishwasher.

It work perfect! I made an especial dish from Acapulco, our famous pork roast. All the veggies and meat were cooked perfect. My family was very pleased, thank you All clad!

Turkey roaster

It was everything I hoped for. The large 17 lb turkey fit fine. It is heavy but was able to handle it fine. Wonderful replacement for my worn out aluminum roster.

Great quality! Roasted my thanksgiving turkey in it and everyone said it was the best turkey ever— very moist…the meat was falling off the bones. I love all my allclad products— some are over 20 years old and they’re still in excellent condition.

Quality, yes. Size, no.

I bought this pan to work on our new induction stove. I’m disappointed because the the size listed is the size at the top, and the pan is smaller than anticipated. It doesn’t hold as much or work well on the sync burners on our induction stove as we expected. The quality is good, though.

Beautiful Roaster

I love my new roaster and am excited to use it. I know it will work as beautifully as all my other All Clad pots and pans. Will be testing the maximum size turkey it can handle this November.
