Good quality but check oven size

I went to the WS store in a panic just before Thanksgiving trying to find a pen that would fit the enormous turkey we got. They had one XL size left, and I got it. I was happy with the quality, it’s a sturdy and nice looking roasting pan However, dimensions do not reflect the (nonremovable) handles, making those stated dimensions essentially worthless. To fit in my oven, we had to tilt it, which was obviously inconvenient, awkward, and potentially unsafe. We have a new range coming, a Lacanche, and sadly it’s not going to fit in there either. I would suggest either correct measurements in the description, change the angle of the handles, or make them removable. For something of this quality and at this price, the description should be accurate at a minimum.

Perfect Size!

This was the perfect roasting pan to fit my 24 lb. Prime Rib because the sides flare out!!! I didn’t have to worry about any over hang or have to cut off any part of the roast just to fit the pan. Very happy with my purchase.

Beautiful roasting pan

Beautiful piece of kitchen equipment. Worked better than my ancient turkey pan. Cleanup was easy and great for making the gravy on the stovetop after the turkey was done. Looking forward to using it for roasting vegetables as well

Works great, but the handles make it a little tight

Disappointed

Very disappointed. Not worth the money. The way the pan was stamped leaves the top edges very sharp. The walls are not high enough and I can see this overflowing and spilling juices very easily.

Best turkey roaster I've ever had

Turkey came out great, and what a pleasure to make the gravy in a heavy-bottomed pan (I have an induction stove and have been making do with my old roast pan). Asy clean up too.
